奶类营养丰富，是平衡膳食的重要组成部分，是钙、维生素的重要来源，是不可缺少的优质蛋白。顺义妇儿医院儿童保健中心武京晶介绍，儿童青少年处于生长发育的关键时期，尤其需要每天足量摄入奶制品。不同年龄段儿童的奶类需求量不同，家长可根据《中国居民膳食指南2022》的建议进行调整；除牛奶外，羊奶、驼奶等其他液态奶及酸奶、奶酪等均可作为奶制品选择。

儿童每天需要摄入多少奶制品？

《中国居民膳食指南2022》建议，7—9月龄婴儿需每天保持600毫升以上的奶量，10—12月婴儿需每天保持每天600毫升的奶量，不能母乳喂养或母乳不足的婴儿应选择合适的较大婴儿配方奶作为补充。13—24月龄幼儿的奶量应维持约500毫升，不能母乳喂养或母乳不足时，仍然建议以合适的幼儿配方奶作为补充，可引入少量鲜牛奶、酸奶、奶酪等作为幼儿辅食的一部分。

学龄前儿童每天饮用300—500毫升奶或相当量的奶制品，以满足钙的需求。学龄儿童每天应摄入300毫升及以上液体奶或相当量的奶制品。家长应以身作则常饮奶，鼓励和督促儿童每日饮奶，从小养成每日饮奶的好习惯。

除了牛奶之外，还有哪些奶制品可以选择？

奶类品种繁多，除牛奶外，羊奶、驼奶等也是奶及奶制品的重要组成。除了液态奶，还有酸奶、奶酪、奶粉等奶制品，有不同的风味及蛋白质浓度，可以多品尝，以丰富饮食多样性。

家长可以让孩子每日饮用一杯奶，再搭配一杯酸奶或几片奶酪等。奶粉、奶酪更容易贮存，可以在烘焙、炖煮等烹饪过程中添加，既营养又增加了食物风味。奶酪、奶皮也是不错的浓缩奶制品。

饮奶后胃肠不适怎么办？

一部分人饮奶后会出现不同程度的胃肠道不适，可以采取以下方法：

在饮奶前或饮奶同时进食固体食物，比如主食；

少量多次饮奶；

尝试食用其他奶制品，比如无乳糖、低乳糖奶，或酸奶、奶酪等发酵乳制品。

需要注意的是，乳饮料不属于奶制品。选择奶及奶制品先看配料表和营养标签。超重及肥胖者推荐选择饮用脱脂奶或低脂奶。
