近日有网友称，从江西萍乡一村子登武功山时，被村里要求缴纳10元卫生费，引发网友关注。24日下午，该村人士告诉极目新闻（报料邮箱：jimu1701@163.com）记者，游客徒步路线并非景区内，而属于该村，因游客在山上产生了大量垃圾，于是村里收费用于清理垃圾。当地镇政府称，收费是村委会开会讨论决定的，已上报镇里知晓。

游客张先生（化姓）告诉极目新闻记者，8月19日，他和其他游客一同前往江西萍乡麻田镇沈子村附近，准备从沈子村徒步15公里到达武功山山顶。但经过沈子村村口时，村里人拦住告知他们，每人需要缴纳10元卫生费才能上山。

“去年来的时候也没收费，今年突然开始收费了。”张先生说，这条路线在武功山景区外，是一条野外的开放式路线，对于每人收费10元的行为，他表示不能理解，“这好像就是收过路费一样，很不合理。”

张先生提供的视频显示，一处路口旁边竖立着一块牌子，上面写着：“尊敬的游客朋友们，为了维护沈子村登山口至九龙山、铁蹄峰徒步线路的环境卫生，经沈子村村民代表会议决定。凡从此登山的游客，自2023年8月1日起，每人收取10元卫生费。”落款为麻田镇沈子村村民委员会。不远处的一块指示牌上写着“萍乡武功山沈子村入口”，路口处还有工作人员值守。

沈子村一位民宿老板向记者介绍，近两年武功山在网络走红，吸引了不少游客登山徒步，因此也产生了环境问题，一些游客将垃圾丢在了山上，对环境造成了破坏。游客徒步的山区不属于武功山景区，是属于村里，此前村民们自发上山捡垃圾，但清理的速度远跟不上丢垃圾的速度，“基本上两三天就要去清理一次，村里年轻人也少，一些年纪大的老人都上山去捡垃圾了。”

该老板称，前不久村里开会决定，对上山的游客每人收取10元的卫生费，村里再用这笔钱去雇人上山清理垃圾，希望能对环境起到保护作用。“这个月才开始收费，实在是没办法了，只能采取收费的措施了。”

24日下午，麻田镇政府工作人员告诉极目新闻记者，沈子村并不属于武功山景区范围内，收取卫生费是村委会开会讨论通过的，费用主要用于山上的垃圾清理，“情况也都上报了，肯定是允许的。”
